Customer Service Representative We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. This position is the focal point for all customer transactions.

From quoting, proposal generation and submission, small scale negotiations, to monitoring program performance, resolving customer issues by working with internal functional departments, communication of status to customer, and change management.

Responsible for managing risk to the business regarding their customers. Assist with training as needed for new employees coming into the department.
