Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $29.00 - $46.00+ / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Ebenezer is hiring a nurse whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met.

Nursing schedule includes;
48 hours per two weeks
Day / Evening shift
Every other Saturday / Sunday and holiday schedule rotation

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Required :
Current MN RN / LPN license or by start date
BLS is required upon hire and / or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
BLS certification must beobtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independentpractice
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Preferred :
Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
