Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
Looking to make a difference in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? We are actively seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Westborough, MA.
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.
- Record and maintain accurate data on client progress during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current RBT certification.
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
