Moorecroft is looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst. This is an exciting long-term contract opportunity in a fun and exciting environment! This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will guide sustainability-focused business projects, particularly around data migration, system integration, and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with sustainability apps such as Watershed or Arcadia will distinguish top candidates.
Business Systems Analyst
12+ months Contract

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead medium to high complexity projects, ensuring timely and effective project completion.
- Define and manage system scope and objectives, translating business needs into system requirements.
- Develop and manage user stories using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to guide business case development, risk analysis, and project implementation.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and application support for assigned projects.
- Ensure adherence to IT methodologies, Agile / Scrum frameworks, and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage new tools within the organization.
- Experience with data migration and system integration.
- Strong background in Agile / Scrum environments.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years Business Systems Analyst experience
- 3+ years in an Agile / Scrum environment
- Familiar with Watershed or Arcadia
- Experience in change management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Business Management, or related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Visio, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.
- Project Management skills.
