Job Summary :
FCTI, Inc., is a leading provider of innovative products and services tailored for financial institutions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling products and services to financial institutions, along with a deep understanding of the financial industry and working knowledge of the ATM category is a plus.
As a Financial Institution Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with financial institutions to promote and sell our range of products and services.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Research :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the financial sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands.
Client Acquisition :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new financial institution clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
Product Knowledge :
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services, understanding how they meet the needs of financial institutions.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
Relationship Building :
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within financial institutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Sales Presentations :
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each financial institution.
Contract Negotiation :
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
Sales Reporting :
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on selling to financial institutions.
- Excellent understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in the ATM Category and working with retailers a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
