Columbine Poudre Home Care's office is located at 915 Centre Avenue, Suite 2, Fort Collins, Colorado and is a locally owned agency providing home care and health education.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality, efficient, convenient and cost-effective health care in the homes of our patients.
Home care requires a team effort involving professionals, paraprofessionals, patients, and their families.
We are accepting applications for a Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - who can be available to work :
- PRN and Part-time availability
- Schedule to be discussed at interview
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting wages $19 / hr. based on experience
- Employees who work 24+ hours per week are eligible for a full range of benefits including PTO, Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, as well as Discounts from our Pharmacy
The Home Care - CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Aide and be in good standing in accordance with the laws of the Colorado State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 18 years of age and at least 3 months of CNA experience.
