You will collaborate with program leadership and manage regular interactions for the client. Success in requirements or doctrine operations requires effective communication skills that ensure the client achieves complex objectives with assurance of established quality standards.

You’ll use your skills and expertise to communicate processes, track status across multiple initiatives, and lead development and submission of task order deliverables.

You will capture data, analyze, and report the status of inputs for subject matter experts and cross-functional team representatives, directorates, and subordinate commands.

You will produce well-written, concise, and relevant documents, reports, presentations, and client and contract deliverables.

You Have :

5+ years of experience with TRADOC

5+ years of experience in Task Order Delivery or Supervision

Experience as an Army Field Grade Officer

Ability to effectively interact with Senior Army leaders

Ability to select, analyze, and present information in an organized, logical, and convincing manner

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to gain cooperation from others

Ability to work independently without te chn ical supervision and follow schedules asso cia ted with writing assignments

Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree

Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC)

Nice If You Have :

3+ years of experience with Army Doctrine, demonstrating expertise in Army Doctrine Publications, Army Techniques Publications, and Training Circulars

Experience using Microsoft Office

Knowledge of the spe cia lized grammar, writing guidelines, and editing practices for Army Te chn iques Publications and Training Circulars

Master's degree

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;

Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
