Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Community Autism Services - The Stepping Stones Group We are hiring a Full-Time BCBA in Milpitas , CA , and nearby areas (Hayward, Fremont, San Jose, San Mateo).

Responsibilities :
- Provide interventions in home, school, and community settings
- Conduct parent education and behavioral assessments
- Design ABA programs for children with autism
- Supervise and train ABA Behavior Technicians
- Support staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification
Requirements :
- Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Flexible to work with combined home, community, and school caseloads
- Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
