Tax Manager Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of motivated tax professionals
- Deliver tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base
- Network with local businesses and community leaders to expand the firm’s presence
Tax Manager Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification
- 5+ years of proven public accounting experience
- Ability to leverage technology to enhance client services
Compensation :
- Competitive salary : $120,000 - $150,000
- Benefits package, including bonuses
- Hybrid work flexibility
