The Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications will drive the company’s marketing and branding efforts, ensuring alignment with Uprite Construction's strategic goals.

This role combines creative vision, strategic planning, and hands-on execution across all marketing channels. This role is essential to advancing Uprite Construction’s market presence, with strong support from our leadership team!

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Maintain brand integrity across all platforms and materials.
• Oversee content creation, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Lead the design and production of all marketing collateral.
• Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and internal communications.
• Partner with the business development team to enhance client engagement and growth.
• Manage event planning, sponsorships, and client outreach.
• Plan and execute company events.
• Ensure all event logistics align with company branding.

What You'll Bring :

• Experience in marketing, branding, and business development.
• Strong communication, design, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like Canva, Salesforce, and Trello.
• Construction Industry experience
