What You Will Do

This position manages activities and allocates resources within the Manufacturing Engineering Team to develop and meet Divisional, Site, and Value Stream goals. He / she / they will lead a group of Manufacturing Engineers, Lean Manufacturing Professionals, and Maintenance Department to design and develop tools, controls, equipment, and processes to support manufacturing fabrication and assembly operations of commercial HVAC units. A significant portion of the manager's time is dedicated to team development, performance management, and organizational leadership responsibilities. This person will work closely with the manufacturing operations team with a Lean mindset in developing new production methods, workstream consolidation layouts, and interfacing with the quality control staff to establish standards and resolve manufacturing issues.
