Title : Advertising Sales Coordinator Location : Charlotte, NC / Hybrid Reports To : Director, Commercial Products Overview : Support Sponsorship and Advertising Sales (SPAD) team in all pre-sale capacities.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to create accurate contracts and engaging sales materials. Build strong internal relationships by proactively engaging with the sales team, providing them with market insights and success stories to demonstrate the value of utilizing new advertising products and services.
Candidates should have a genuine interest in media and advertising and relate well with a team. Successful sales coordinator should be proactive, accountable, resourceful, engaging and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A love of sports and sports business is optimal. Skills and Experience : 2-4 years of experience in advertising sales planning or media account management Bachelor’s degree preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional time management skills to respond in a fast-paced client environment.
Highly collaborative relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel) Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Responsibilities : Support Sponsorship and Advertising team in all pre-sale capacities Work closely with sales team to build, revise and maintain sales proposals Assist in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings.
Create insertion orders, contracts and addendums Check inventory and ensure all sellers are aware of bookings and availabilities Take screenshots of digital campaigns With support of Marketing, mass-produce and distribute sell sheets from provided templates and editorial content Maintain the sale collateral file library by posting, updating and removing files as needed Take ownership of tools, projects, and processes learning on the go suggesting innovations or efficiencies in workflow Play a role in developing and implementing best practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies Learn the sponsorship and advertising business to an expert level and be a brand advocate Contribute to a positive and successful team environment Other responsibilities as assigned Success Factors : Goal oriented, Analytical, Motivated, Enthusiastic, Accountable, Disciplined, and Curious Leaders Group Holdings LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
