As an Operations Manager at Mead O'Brien, you will play a crucial role in promoting our corporate culture, mission, and vision. Reporting directly to the President, you will oversee internal operations and technology functions to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and asset optimization.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Streamline CRM, Quote, and Order entry processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement workflow improvements for customer inquiries and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on open Quotes, Orders, and internal operations performance.
- Manage and optimize computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Collaborate with external service providers for IT support and communications.
- Train users on security measures and technology utilization.
- Contribute to technology strategy and investment decisions.
