Job Overview

As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you’ll embark on a fulfilling career that empowers both you and your clients. With the support of two dedicated managers, you’ll refine your skills in programming, education, business, and financial planning. Together, we’ll redefine the science of fitness and the art of living.

Your Responsibilities

PT Business Management :

Build and maintain an active client base.

Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings.

Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.

Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.

Service and Hospitality :

Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts.

Enhance member experiences through personal interaction.

Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.

Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor.

Professional Development :

Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate your knowledge.

Participate in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

Qualifications

Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program.

Current CPR / AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).

A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.

Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Basic computer and technology skills.

Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
