As a Level II Competent Registered Nurse at Mary Washington Healthcare, you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team on PRN night shifts, with immediate openings available.

What You'll Do

Direct and coordinate nursing care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams for effective care coordination.
Assist in defining standards of excellence for patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Support the orientation of new staff and act as a resource for nursing policies.
Contribute to daily operational activities to maintain a safe environment.
Participate in committees to shape nursing and hospital policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

A minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

At least two years of Labor & Delivery experience.

Valid RN License from Virginia or a reciprocal compact state.

BSN preferred.

AHA BLS Provider CPR certification required at hire.

AHA ACLS and NRP certifications required within six months.

Salary, Shifts & Location

This is a PRN position with night shifts available at our Saint Charles location. Salary details are not specified, but competitive compensation is offered based on experience.
