Unit Information : Endoscopy Location : Central Tower, 2 nd Floor, Endoscopy Department Address : 500 Medical Center Blvd Building : HCA Clear Lake Main tower General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Rooms : 2 Endo rooms, 1 Bronch room, 1 ERCP room Number of Staff 9 Type of staff : Day Shift 1 charge and 6 staff nurses, 2 techs EMR Meditech Staff work 8 hr shifts 5 days per week or 10hr shifts 4 days per week.

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player. Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

ACLS BLS PALS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Endoscopy Bedside skills, Meditech, Provations List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : EGD, Colonoscopy, Bronchoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EBUS, ION Best personality Fit : Team player, good attitude, willingness to help REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : Floating Area(s) : Pre op / pacu Dress Code : Scrub Color / Attire - teal Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call (if any) 8-10 Shifts per month that includes 1 weekend. (Call starts when staff leave for the day and continues until the next day at 6 : 30 am.

Weekends are 24 hours. Staff are expected to arrive within 30 minutes of being called in for an emergency case.)
