As our Senior Marketing Specialist , you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies and managing day-to-day marketing operations.

This position requires a versatile professional with excellent time management skills, a broad marketing skill set, and the ability to drive results across various channels while juggling multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design marketing materials including brochures, logos, and print advertisements
• Plan and execute nationwide marketing campaigns on search and social media platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Manage and create content for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Engage with audience across social media platforms to build brand awareness and loyalty
• Develop compelling copy for various marketing channels
• Lead and execute brand development initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints
• Assist in updating the company website, ensuring content relevance, user experience, and SEO optimization
• Oversee photography and video editing projects. Ability to capture some in house photo and video assets
• Assist in vendor relationships for outsourced services (e.g., print vendors, merchandise shops, marketing agencies)
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, dealer trainings, and open houses. Will require up to 30% travel in order to attend these events.
• Engage and communicate effectively with small business owner landscape companies that make up our customer base

Requirements : Qualifications :

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media marketing
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
• Familiarity with video editing and photography
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with small business owners and industry professionals
• Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry is a plus
