Sales Bizlab is seeking a highly organized and proactive Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, manage schedules, and assist with day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Job : Full time Monday to Friday Weekends free Pay Range : $21.
50 - $28.00 per hour THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location : Atlanta, GA Responsibilities : Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executives. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed. Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems. Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and conferences.
Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations. Act as a liaison between the executives and internal / external stakeholders.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Professional demeanor and appearance. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus but not required. Benefits : Competitive entry-level salary.
