They are actively seeking a Director of Engineering to help scale and tackle challenges head on!
Location : Remote (Will need to pop in the office when needed for leadership meetings) / Bonus points for Austin, Texas residency
Compensation : $170k - $200k / 20% Bonus
What You’ll Need :
- 7 years of experience with management experience
- 10 years of experience with software development
- Be a great communicator, scale teams, handle ambiguity, and handle growth challenges.
Tech Environment :
Javascript, Node, AWS, DevOps Understanding but not requirement.
