Home Sales Consultant (Manufactured Homes)

Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission | Sales & Customer Service

About Us

Preferred Choice Homes is a leading manufactured home retailer dedicated to helping families find high-quality, affordable housing solutions. Our newest location in Dickson, TN, brings our top rated service and selection to Middle Tennessee. We’re seeking a motivated and personable  Home Sales Consultant  to join our growing team and help local buyers find their perfect home.

Position Overview

As a Home Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Preferred Choice Homes to prospective buyers. You’ll guide customers through the home selection process, build strong relationships, and ultimately help make their dream of homeownership a reality.

Compensation :

  • Base Salary : Solid base salary with potential for increase based on industry experience
  • Commission :   Unlimited earning potential  with generous commission structure on each home sold. Top performers exceed  $100,000  annually.
  • Bonus opportunities  and performance incentives potential.

What You’ll Do :

  • Greet and engage walk-in and internet leads in a friendly, professional manner
  • Learn customers’ housing needs and match them with the best available home
  • Provide guided tours of home models and explain features, pricing, and financing options
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to help customer select a home
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure smooth delivery and installation
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Work with lenders to provide information on home purchased as customers close their loan

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • 2+ years  of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate preferred
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a drive to succeed and grow
  • Ability to learn product details, sales systems, and financing programs
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a team-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work most Saturdays
