Role Summary : Individuals in the AI Business Solutions Analyst role serve as a liaison between the business community and the Global Data and Technology Services organization. This role is part of an exciting and innovative team building cutting edge AI platforms and solutions within Cencora, a leading healthcare distribution and services company.

The AI Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, developing, documenting, and communicating business requirements, and supporting team activities to achieve business goals. In this role, you will drive generative AI solution requirements documentation, design, user engagements, new product ideation, testing, and general analysis tasks.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities :

• Establishes and maintains liaison relationship with business partners and IT organization in order to provide effective technical solutions.
• Contributes to the business short-and long-term planning sessions and provides direction to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.
• Provides input from a business and IT perspective.
• Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process to assist in identifying business priorities and advises on options.
• Develops, writes, and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of AI powered business solutions.
• Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
• May provide assistance in business case development.
• Review, approve, and execute tests and monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk.
• Investigates problems and develops recommendations for resolution.
• Keeps stakeholders informed of problems, issues, and resolutions.
• Analyzes performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manages customers' expectations.
• Coaches and transfers knowledge to less experienced team members.
