United Services is seeking a Clinical Manager for our Adult Outpatient Services Program. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the outpatient counseling programs for adults with co-occurring mental illness or substance use disorders.
The AOS Clinical Manager is responsible for the oversight of program operations and ensuring that the program goals and objectives are aligned.
Additionally, this manager is accountable for ensuring the efficient delivery of the highest quality of service to our people served.
The Clinical Manager will supervise professionally licensed or credentialed staff, providing both clinical and administrative supervision.

Minimum Requirements :
Connecticut) LCSW, LPC or LMFT required.
- Three years of clinical supervisory experience required.
- Five years in clinical services experience required.

Monday Thursday 9 : 00 am 5 : 30 pm & Friday 8 : 30 am 5 : 00 pm
