job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOutpatient clinic setting Work with a supportive clinical team In-clinic support from two audiologists Capabilities to perform some procedures in the clinic Predictable Monday-Friday daytime hours A stable mix of clinic and scheduled surgery days Manageable on-call coverage, only 10 days per month Call is on a 1 : 3 rotating schedule General Otolaryngology cases, both surgical and non-surgical Includes endoscopic procedures, bronchoscopy, and laryngoscopy Head and neck cases such as thyroidectomy and radical neck surgery Opportunities for facial reconstruction, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty Board Certified in Otolaryngology Active Wisconsin license or eligible via IMLC Current BLS and ACLS certifications A minimum of 12 months of experience required Credentialing support provided Expedited start possible with temporary privileges
