job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThis position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is night shift 7 PM – 7 AM on a 3-2-2-3 rotation Training will be on day shift 7 AM – 7 PM for 4–6 weeks , also on a 3-2-2-3 rotation Perform inspection and testing in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulations, and quality standards Analyze test results and determine final disposition of some products Detect and report nonconforming conditions Maintain adherence to quality guidelines and compliance with applicable regulations Participate in continuous improvement activities within the department 1 year of experience required in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment Experience participating in continuous improvement activities High School Diploma or GED preferred Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing operations Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
