We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project & Operations Coordinator to join our growing New York team. This role is the operational and project backbone of our U.S. Sales division, ensuring seamless execution of interior design projects, order management, and a best-in-class service experience for top designers, architects, and private clients.

Ideal candidates may come from an operations, logistics, or interior design project management background. You will work closely with artisans, international shipping partners, and our Milan headquarters, with exposure to high-profile luxury projects across North America. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to grow into a strategic operations or project management leader in a fast-scaling luxury brand.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client projects and orders, from confirmation through delivery
  • Monitor production timelines, shipping schedules, and logistics with artisans, Milan HQ, and global freight partners
  • Partner with interior designers and architects to ensure project requirements are met on time and with precision
  • Act as the main point of contact for post-sale communications : shipment tracking, claims, returns, replacements
  • Proactively identify risks or delays and drive timely resolutions
  • Support the VP of U.S. Operations in day-to-day coordination and special projects
  • Uphold Artemest’s standards of excellence across all client and partner interactions

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination (experience in interior design or design project management strongly valued)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a calm, solutions-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent a luxury brand to high-end clientele
  • Comfort working across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and fast-moving project requirements
  • Fluent in English; Italian language is a plus
  • Must be based in New York City and authorized to work in the U.S.
