Wolfies Swim School is a family owned and operated instructional swim school that prides itself on quality lessons and staff appreciation.

We are looking for candidates to assist with all aspects of scheduling services, maintaining professional relationships with clients and staff, and aiding in exceptional customer service.
Qualifications :
- Assist in the scheduling of swim lessons, camps, birthday parties, and events
- Answer and return any and all phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Clear and consistent communication with other staff and management
- Provide exceptional customer service and positive attitude
- Proper policy implementation (for clients)
- Provide proper information for clients surrounding rules and policies
- Greet all clients when they enter and leave facility
- Follow all rules and regulations of the Wolfies Handbook

Available Shifts :
- Tuesday-Friday shifts : 1 : 45pm - 7 : 30pm
- Saturday shifts : 7 : 45am - 1 : 15pm
Requirements :
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Mandatory attendance of all staff meetings
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
