We are looking for an organized and experienced Retail Associate to ensure that the Pedal Mafia Santa Monica Location exemplifies the business's standard for excellence, achieves sales targets, and ensures customers are satisfied with their in-store experience.
To be successful as the Retail Associate you must be able to multitask and have experience with business management as well as excellent customer service skills and is a natural leader.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer care and service
- Listen and respond to customers' complaints
- Stock and inventory management
- Maintain the overall upkeep and aesthetic of the store
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Represent and promote key brand values
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous retail or sales experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
