Traditions Home Health Services is seeking hospice trained CNAs for Dedham area to assist our Geriatric clients with Safety monitoring, Companionship, Personal care, Meals, Medication reminders, light housekeeping.

Shifts available are mornings, days, and overnights, short and long shifts available.

Make a difference as a Certified Nursing Assistant

As a CNA at Traditions Home Health Services, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients.

Your tasks will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.

As a CNA, you will also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements for the Certified Nursing Assistant job

To excel as a CNA at Traditions Home Health Services, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.

1. CNA Certification

2. Minimum 2 years' experience working with your CNA Certification (in the home care setting preferred)

4. Minimum 2 years' experience working with Hospice clients

3. Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and reliable auto, proof of insurance (clean driving record)

4. Current TB Test (yearly) or X-Ray (every 5 years)

5. The ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language

6. Own a Smartphone (all documentation is done through an app.)

7. Reliable, honest, and compassionate

8. Experience working with Dementia Patients
