Sales Representative
Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
You will leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their unique IT needs.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify potential clients' IT challenges and opportunities.
- Effectively communicate and present our comprehensive suite of IT services, including managed IT, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, business IT solutions, cloud services, desktop-as-a-service, IT service desk, Microsoft 365 services, network monitoring and management, VoIP services, IT projects,and IT consulting.
- Negotiate and close deals that meet both the client's needs and the company's revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process and exceptional customer experience.
- Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
