Job Description for Construction Project Manager / Paint Estimator
Estimate and bid painting, wallcovering, wall protection and fabric-wrapped panel scope. Attend job walks.
- Knowledge of paint products and wall finish systems.
- Actively follow-up with general contractors for bids results and manage client needs and expectations.
- Have a positive, sales-oriented, solution focused attitude.
- Ability to manage, contract and coordinate subcontractors.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Superb time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
