Surge Staffing is seeking a Talent Advisor with high energy, work ethic, good attitude, personality with a good phone voice. This is a permanent, full-time internal position with Surge Staffing. Considerations will be made immediately.
Entry Level Customer Service / Sales
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and temporary associates.
- Source candidates through resume searches, job boards, and established talent pools to fill client orders quickly and accurately.
- Recruit, interview, and follow up with candidates and temporary associates to build and maintain a strong workforce.
- Strategically match employee skill sets to customers’ hiring needs.
- Act as a professional and reliable liaison between temporary associates and clients.
- Conduct service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and outside sales calls to develop new business partnerships.
- Assist in developing business leads and retaining current clientele through proactive relationship management.
- Present customers with additional company products and services.
- Implement and manage marketing programs for sales calls, direct mail, in-office demonstrations, and public relations for the branch.
- Recruit, train, and retain temporary associates; provide coaching and support to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or complaints from temporary associates, customers, and internal personnel.
- Maximize billable hours to increase market share and branch profitability.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks that support overall quality and operational performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required; equivalent work experience or education strongly preferred.Some sales experience preferred.Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.Background in sales, human resources, or a service-related industry is recommended.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet tools.Ability to travel to various customer sites; reliable transportation required.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Sales-minded, team-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER :
