WE HAVE TWO POSITIONS OPEN
NIGHT SHIFT 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
DAY SHIFT 7 : 00 AM - 7 PM
The Quality Assurance Tech will be responsible for all items to quality and overall controls, testing, as well as raw material usage throughout the plant.
The successful candidate will be a high energy, self-directed, self-starter with the ability to adapt to changes in schedules / demands with minimal guidance and supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interface across multiple levels of the organization are a must
Requirements :
- Monitors production process and collects necessary dimensional data.
- Responsible for quality of strapping produced and / or rewound.
- Responsible for the quality of all packaging requirements.
- Inspects parts and quarantines non-conforming products.
- Using a tape measure and micrometer inspects products to ensure they meet the specific dimensional criteria.
- Inspects quality control and daily production paperwork to ensure they are completed properly and timely.
- Communicates immediately with production operators regarding quality standards and out-of-speck product.
- Follows all safety rules and wears required personal protective equipment.
- Assists in maintaining housekeeping on the production floor.
- Physical demand includes standing 100% of the time. Continuously inspects product before loaded on the skid. Eye, hand coordination required.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior manufacturing experience a plus.
