JOB SUMMARY, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, JOB REQUIREMENTS
SUMMARY
Provides general cleaning and upkeep of each apartment and community common areas in order to enhance and maintain its appeal.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean the office, clubroom, restrooms and other common areas daily prior to 9 : 00 a.m.
Clean and maintain models and / or target units daily
Complete all duties regarding make-ready / vacant unit directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager including cleaning of the following;
Appliances
Windows
Floors
Bathroom fixtures
Cabinets inside and outside
Vacuuming
Light fixtures inside and outside entry doors
Outlet covers
Window treatments blinds or rods
Patio / balcony
Light bulb changing / replacement
Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
Clean and maintain all common areas daily by 10 : 00 a.m.
Assist with removal of refuse from vacant units and trash on the property as needed.
Inform management of cleaning and bathroom supply needs on a weekly basis.
