Together, we help our clients achieve great things. About our position We are looking for a skilled technical writer who will design and develop assistance documentation to improve user experience for internal and external customers.

In this role, you will work closely with Agile Development teams to help complete sprint goals. What you’ll be doing Participating as an active team member on the Writers scrum team.

Preparing documentation for development teams. Providing suggestions for user interface design and contextual text. Researching and writing documentation content that is technically accurate, instructionally effective, and meets departmental writing styles and standards (such as for modularity, minimalism, internationalized English, etc.

Developing and implementing user assistance strategies. Creating, reviewing, and publishing user-assistance videos. Updating and reworking existing documentation as needed and creates release documentation for major and minor product releases.

Performing other duties and job responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. What we want you to have BA / BS in technical writing, communications, English, journalism, or related field.

Experience writing, proofreading, and editing. Demonstrated success researching and organizing written documentation. Exceptional communication skills, in writing and verbally, whether in small group discussions, large-scale presentations, or with executives.

Strong working knowledge of various software and publishing tools. Experience with MadCap Flare preferred. Experience using source control to manage and publish content.
