Job Details
2+ years of law firm experience in the area of M&A and general corporate law, particularly in the areas of acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, leveraged buy-outs, reorganizations, joint ventures and general corporate and complex commercial matters.
All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills.
Candidates must be a member of the Colorado Bar.
