Training Support Specialist / Jr. Program Analyst

Overview :
Softtek Government Solutions is seeking a Jr. Program Analyst / Training Support Specialist . The Training Support Specialist is responsible for providing program and event support to the Federal Government programs / Academy and other members of the Academics branch team.
The Training Support Specialist also assists with metrics gathering tasks and program management support tasks as needed.
Responsibilities / Skills :
- Monitor and manage communications related to program participants
- Create and maintain email templates
- Maintain and update student and program tracking documents
- Create and distribute meeting minutes for meetings with federal clients
- Create and maintain SOP documents
- Create Quick Reference Guides as needed
- Provide program support during online events
- Gather and report key metrics on student performance
- Track task statuses
Specific tasks include :
- Review and respond to Skilling Academy cohort application emails
- Assist with cohort application package reviews as necessary
- Monitor and update all Skilling Academy tasks on the CDET JIRA board and send a weekly report to the Team Lead
- Keep federal clients informed of high importance emails coming into the Skilling Academy and Student Support inboxes
- Collect and analyze post-module student feedback and create data visualizations in Power BI for program reporting purposes
- Compile and analyze qualitative student post-module feedback for program reporting purposes
- Draft ad-hoc Skilling Academy emails according as needed
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements :
- B.S. Business Administration
- 0-3 Years of experience
- Excellent Oral / Written Communication skills
