Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Traveling Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing commercial construction sites, ensuring that work is done safely and efficiently, managing budgets, and coordinating with project managers and subcontractors.
Other day-to-day tasks include conducting site meetings, reviewing schedules, and enforcing safety protocols.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of Construction Site Management, Budgeting, and Project Management skills
- Construction safety expertise
- Strong organization skills
- Experience in commercial construction
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel extensively and work in various locations
