A company is looking for a Senior Research and Conflicts Analyst.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive conflicts reviews related to mergers, lateral hires, and new business intake
Perform high-quality in-depth legal, corporate, and other research to support client teams
Provide training and supervision to junior team members while contributing to process improvement efforts
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree is required
Master's degree in Librarianship or Information Science or JD from an ABA-accredited institution is preferred
Knowledge of standard research resources such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Bloomberg Law
Experience with Intapp Conflicts is highly desirable
Proficient in analyzing corporate structures and regulatory frameworks
