This individual musthave strong administrative skills and have a great personality.
Duties include butare not limited to :
Data entry of new accountinformation and agreements into our system.
Completeassigned paperwork in a timely manner in order to make sure thatcustomers are given exceptional service.
Assist withmaintaining location employee and customer files.
Answerincoming calls professionally.
Occasionally assist withNew Employee Onboarding as assigned.
Complete tasks andprojects assigned bySuperior / Supervisor.
JobQualifications :
Must have a great attitude andenjoy working in a team environment.
Must bereliable
Must be able to follow simple instructions andperform routine functions
Must have prior administrativeexperience.
High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
Bilingual in English is HIGHLY preferred.
