Our client, an early-stage conversation AI startup, is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join their talented team.
About the Role :
- Design, develop, and optimize voice AI systems for outbound phone calls, focusing on data gathering for health insurance companies
- Utilize historical call data to train, test, and fine-tune AI models, enhancing accuracy and efficiency
- Experiment with new AI models while ensuring high performance and low latency in production environments
- Measure the performance of production models, making adjustments to improve functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice AI solutions seamlessly
About You :
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in conversational AI, with a focus on voice-driven systems
- Proven track record of developing low-latency, high-performance voice AI systems, especially related to phone calls
- Expertise in natural language understanding (NLU), natural language generation (NLG), and dialogue management
- Proficiency in AI / ML technologies and tools for voice recognition and synthesis
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and innovation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, comfortable working remotely
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI
