Home Health Nurses needed in Fredericksburg, Virginia for 13 week contract jobs. These openings are for 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm) with no on-call.
Requirements :
- VA or Compact RN License in good standing
- 1 or more years of RN experience
- Must have previous home health experience
- HomeCare HomeBase EMR experience required
- Will use Oasis, HCHM and Outlook during assignment
- Reliable transportation, as this position requires travel to patients' homes and care facilities
Details :
- Spotsylvania county visits with 50 mile radius around care center location in Fredericksburg, VA
- Travel around 100 miles or less on average per day
- 30 patient visits per week
