Longshot Hospitality is a DC based team of veteran DMV restaurant professional committed to providing signature dining experiences built around world class food, ambience and hospitality.
The group currently encompasses three The Salt Line restaurants (Navy Yard, Ballston, and Bethesda), Dauphine's in the heart of downtown DC, and recently opened Ometeo in Capital One Center headquarters, Tysons, VA.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of comparable General Manager experience. All c andidates, first and foremost, are excellent team players, have a passion for guest service, and take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience, strong leadership skills, a collaborative team mentality, are highly efficient and organized, work well under pressure, have a strong grasp of basic restaurant financials and managing costs, and above all bring a genuine infectious passion and enthusiasm for all things Food, Beverage, and Hospitality.
