$78,000 - $100,000 / year.

Onsite : Greenville / Spartanburg, SC and / or Charleston, SC
Benefits
Profit Sharing : Earn an additional income stream through profit sharing, ranging from 5-15% of the net profits of the stores.
On-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $120K to $150K for a successful District Manager.
Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance : Comprehensive coverage available with a total premium of $570 / month. The company contributes $500 / month toward employee coverage.
Employees can add dependents at their own expense.
Vehicle Allowance : Enjoy a vehicle allowance that includes full coverage of maintenance costs, including labor and parts for repairs.
Work Schedule
Hours : Monday through Saturday, 7 AM - 7 PM. (Closed on Sundays)
On-Site Expectations : 4 days per week in a store location.
Office / Admin Work : 1 day dedicated to office or administrative tasks, with flexibility for on-site or work-from-home (WFH) options.
Day Off : 1 designated day off each week.
Relocation
Relocation Assistance : Paid relocation is available for the right candidate, contingent on performance. Relocation would be offered after demonstrating strong performance in the role.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic District Manager to join a rapidly expanding network of independent automotive service centers. You will oversee operations across multiple locations, ensuring each store achieves operational excellence, strong customer service, and consistent profitability.
Reporting to a Senior Operations Manager, you will collaborate with store management to drive business growth through strategic initiatives.
In this leadership role, you will mentor store managers, develop and execute plans to enhance operations, and ensure financial targets are met.
Your responsibilities include talent management, managing supplier relationships to maximize profitability, and overseeing safety and compliance.
You’ll also address escalated customer and employee issues, providing hands-on leadership when needed.
This role requires a solid background in automotive service management, with proven leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide leadership to all General Shop Managers, Assistant Shop Managers, Service Advisors, and key personnel within the territory.
Collaborate with local Shop Management to develop, implement, and manage strategic and tactical marketing and sales plans.
Work with Shop Managers to develop actionable recommendations that improve shop operations and enhance productivity.
Establish and manage specific, measurable goals and objectives for each shop.
Ensure that Shop Managers properly supervise and direct shop activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers.
Address customer and employee issues that cannot be resolved by local management.
Assist and guide Shop Managers in discipline, rewards, recruiting, hiring, and firing decisions.
Define employee training and development needs with Shop Managers.
Ensure compliance with company, local, state, and federal environmental protection policies.
Oversee general housekeeping and maintenance of shop facilities.
Safeguard and maintain company assets.
Monitor effective management of labor and parts cost controls.
Ensure that financial data and shop performance reports are accurately reported.
Be present daily in area stores, offering leadership and support.
Respond to security alarms and secure premises after hours if necessary.
Step in to perform the duties of Shop Managers or Technicians in their absence.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the business.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
Proven ability to lead teams in an automotive service environment.
Strong skills in developing and executing plans to enhance shop performance.
Ability to identify and resolve operational issues while managing budgets.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
