Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for the clinical oversight from admission through discharge of homecare clients and patients served. This oversight will include supervision of :

Care management and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.

Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers.

The assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers.

Caregiver development through education and training under the direction of the office clinical leader.

The position will be both in office and field facing with travel required to patient homes for onsite visits

Minimum Requirements :

Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)

Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred

Supervisory experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required

Proficiency in the English language is required

Looking for a team player with skills in time management, organization, and customer service

Salary Details :

Compensation : $85,000 - $95,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
