About the Role
The primary role of the Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist ("Sonographer") is to independently perform professional-level assessments and a variety of non-invasive studies using ultrasound and related diagnostic technology as appropriate and record the results and preliminary clinical impressions as indicated.
The ideal candidate would understand the clinical scenario and independently adjust exams accordingly.
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4 : 30PM
Practice Location : Cardiac Associates of North Jersey
Compensation : starts at $30 / hour

Job duties
Perform all modalities of echocardiography imaging including 2D, M-Mode, Color flow, and continuous wave Doppler.
Manage the process of uploading studies to a cloud-based system.
Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college education with 1 year of working experience preferred.
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) -or- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
Prefer BLS / ACLS Certification
Excellent customer service skills are required
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
