Detailed Description
Description : An Assistant Service Manager whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, ensuring the success of Netsyncs service operations and assisting management with planning and oversight.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team.
- Management of break-fix services for contract customers.
- Management of break-fix services for internal and project equipment.
- Manage the processes of vendor warranty orders and claims.
- Management of assigned resources in a manner that allows 100% compliance of contractual and non-contractual obligations.
- Employee time management and scheduling.
- Performance reviews and evaluation.
- Real-time monitoring of process execution.
Additional Duties :
- Assist Service Manager with curation and management of department runbook and user guides.
- Assist Service Manager in supporting Dallas Technicians and region Manager on service issues when needed.
- Assist Service Manager with design, development, implementation, and management of Service Center processes.
- Assist Service Manager with planning staffing, tooling, work spacing, and production schedules.
Skills and Experience :
- Exceptional Leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Good time management skills
- Proficient with all applications in the Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis in Excel & Visio
- General understanding of enterprise networking
- General understanding of the inner workings of modern endpoints
- Minimum of 5 years IT industry experience leading small to medium technical work teams in Managed Services and enterprise-class projects
- Familiarity with service tickets and OEM warranty programs
Minimum Qualifications / Technical and Education Requirements : 2-3 years of managerial experience
- Attend and contribute to meetings with customers regarding current and future projects.
- Attend and contribute to vendor meetings to help ensure the company is staying within the compliance of contracts.
- Management of vendor portal account and training compliance.
- Respond to and address customer complaints.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
