About Rocket Travel by Agoda Rocket Travel by Agoda is the strategic partnerships arm of Agoda, part of Booking Holdings. It partners with global brands to deliver loyalty solutions that maximize rewards and grow customer loyalty for partners’ brands. We work with a diverse, global team to deliver travel technology that enables faster, impactful outcomes for customers and partners.

What You’ll Do

Lead competitive landscape and market analyses to identify new loyalty growth opportunities.
Define product strategy and success metrics using quantitative methods and data-driven insights.
Analyze user requirements and inform roadmap decisions.
Drive end-to-end product development : conceptualize, launch, and optimize loyalty features and solutions.
Build and run experiments to test performance, measure impact, and iterate rapidly.
Develop engineered processes and innovative technologies to improve organizational efficiency.
Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Legal teams to deliver cutting-edge travel solutions.
Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders to align on vision, priorities, and go-to-market plans.
Collaborate across regions, product areas, and functions to solve loyalty challenges.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics) or similar quantitative discipline.

Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making.

Strong data skills and a data-driven mindset.

Bias for action to unlock business value for partners and customers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to convey complex messages clearly.

Experience developing and launching products and leading global product vision and go-to-market strategy.

Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; ability to break down complex problems and drive change.

Hands-on mentality and ability to work across teams.

Nice to have : MBA or Master’s in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics; experience with SQL, Python, R, or equivalent tools.
