Global E-Commerce business team hopes to provide users with more tailored, active and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive stable and reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e-commerce, short video content E-Commerce, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.
The Commercial Platform team provides a comprehensive commercial solution for e-commerce ecosystem partners, including platform merchants, operators, and influencers.
It assists merchants and influencers in discovering business opportunities and improving operational efficiency and scale.
It helps operators to enhance operational efficiency, increase the variety of platform supply, and boost transaction conversion rates.
It also aids other types of e-commerce ecosystem partners in operating and developing within the e-commerce ecosystem, thus promoting the healthy growth of the platform.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for building up and managing the Global E-Commerce Commercial Platform tech team in the US
- Responsible for designing the architecture of technical solutions and providing technical support for engineers in the team.
- Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results.
- Define long term technical roadmap for the team.
- Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 2+ years managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
- 5+ years of large scale backend system development experience.
- Strong experience with Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Strong business understanding ability, strong technical learning and transfer ability, strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
