Job Id : 485 # of Openings : 1 JOB DESCRIPTION : Bailey’s Moving and Storage is looking for a full-time Warehouse Lead. This position is responsible for supporting the teams, from the shipping and storing to the movement of household goods in and through our warehouse.
Other job duties include as needed employee training. Following proper paperwork procedure and leading the team. The ideal candidate will be an effective leader and have excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure that all shipments are properly received, stored, and dispatched. RESPONSIBLITIES :
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Oversees the cleanliness of warehouse.
- Handles product with care.
- Assists with loading and unloading of products.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ability to read / speak / write fluently in English.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team, supervisor, and other company personnel.
- Forklift certification is needed, and training will be provided if necessary.
- Must 18 years old.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Motivated attitude.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new skills.
- Able to life 100+pounds.
