Overview
The Manager of Advertising Operations will support critical media management functions for The Home Depot's onsite advertising functions. This role works in a cross-functional advertising technology & operations team to support onsite media deployment for vendor partners. Responsibilities may include managing campaign setup within internal platforms, supporting QC / deployment reviews, confirming campaigns align with best practices, and ensuring internal & external stakeholders are engaged in operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertising Performance (15%) : Analyze onsite advertising operations performance metrics to identify potential optimization opportunities.
- Campaign Support (50%) : Support all aspects of campaign production for onsite media offerings, including ad unit development, campaign creation, trafficking tags & creative, targeting implementation, and campaign QC.
- Collaboration (10%) : Coordinate with media strategy managers & broader media team to define file / delivery requirements.
- QA Support (10%) : Support QA, troubleshooting, and capability documentation of onsite offerings.
- Vendor Management (15%) : Collect insertion orders from vendor management teams and import orders to internal self-serve onsite media platform.
